Sterling Holloway (1946-1948)

Picture
_
Holloway was offered a series of starring shorts that resulted in 6 comedies. His films aren't the funniest the studio made, but we are treated to seeing Sterling in a rare leading role. Holloway is best remembered today as a comic sidekick in B Westerns, and for his voice work in several Disney animated films, the most popular being the voice of Winnie The Pooh.

Several of his two-reelers were syndicated by Screen Gems Television in 1959.

All but the first, the elusive MR. WRIGHT GOES WRONG, are available for review through our archives.
